Domestic (US) Shipping
Shipping rates are as follows:

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment (business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Federal holidays). Delivery may take 2-6 business days after shipment. Insurance is not included on the shipping rates, but if you would like to add insurance, delivery confirmation or other services please contact us. Additional charges may apply.
These shipping rates are approximations. Every country has different rates which makes it difficult to approximate, but rest assured we will calculate the correct costs and charge accordingly. If you have any concerns please contact us.
If the actual shipping costs are significantly lower, you'll receive a refund for the difference.
Flat-rate envelope shipping is available, which can accommodate several yards of fabric. For Canada, this costs $24.00, for all other international orders, this costs $33.00.
For light items such as washi tapes, international shipping start at approximately $9.00.

Customs forms will state the retail value of the goods ordered - we cannot mark any orders as gifts as this is illegal. Customs duties may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may have extremely high import fees. Please research your country's import and tax laws before placing your order so you know what charges to expect.
Sales tax of 7.25 - 9.75% will be charged for orders placed in California.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
We take care to stock items that make us really excited and happy, so if you're not pleased with your purchase, we're not pleased either!
If a mistake has been made on your order or if anything is defective, we apologize! Please let us know and we'll arrange for an exchange or reshipment.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items for a refund within 14 days of shipment. Items must be in original and unused condition and fabrics must be uncut, unused, and stain and odor-free. Please contact us if you would like to return any items.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the fault is ours. Reshipment costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
We will process returned items within 5-7 business days of receipt. Once we receive the items and confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping carriers, so if you want to be extra careful you may want to consider getting shipping insurance when you send in your return.
